This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how products purchased from the Ayasanar website, located at Ayasanar.org, are shipped. We aim to process and ship orders efficiently so you can receive your items in a timely manner.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days once shipped.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 3 business days once shipped.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods may affect actual delivery dates.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 72 hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ayasanar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

6. Damages

  • Ayasanar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Additionally, please notify us immediately at hello@ayasanar.org so we can assist you and track the issue.

 

7. Missing Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • If the package is still missing after these checks, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are here to assist you by providing necessary order details for your claim.

 

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
